ARTICLE 3: CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TO SERVICES
The Platform makes its communication offers available to the User. The User can make an appointment and send contact requests to obtain further information.
The Platform is accessible free of charge from anywhere and by any user with Internet access. All costs necessary for access to the services (computer hardware, Internet connection, etc.) are at the User’s expense.

ARTICLE 10: APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This contract is governed by French law, subject to the mandatory rules of the User’s country of residence.
In the event of a dispute between the User and the Publisher that cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of ordinary jurisdiction shall have jurisdiction to settle any dispute.
